If you are inspired to participate directly in our philanthropy work and vision and would like to discuss specific ideas, please reach out to us by email at [email protected], with the word “Participate” in the subject line. Please feel free to send a copy of your student and/or professional resume, a brief description of your particular interests, and some ideas and maybe even a tentative proposal about how you would like to participate. We will respond with follow-on questions and maybe a progression plan for further discussion.

Support the RAYA Vision:

For those who are unable to directly participate in our programs, but still wish to support our work and vision, please consider making a tax-deductible charitable donation. You may also make your monetary contribution at paypal.me/AmericanYouthAbroad.

We use money we receive from your generous contribution for the following purposes, as needed, at our discretion and as we see fit from time to time in accordance with prevailing circumstances:

• Costs of keeping our people in the field. Including:
  • International travel expenses;
  • Lodging and food while travelling abroad;
  • Emergency health insurance;
  • Visa, immunization and other travel-related expenses;
• Tuition fees and expenses for foreign language and other program-related training
• Purchase of special supplies and equipment needed in furtherance of specific projects or programs:
  • Ad hoc, depending on the project or program;
  • Items may be donated to local partner organizations or individuals
• Overhead expenses such as business registration fees, office supplies, service fees for website and IT development and maintenance, etc.
